We follow an Integrated Pest Management (IPM) approach — using the safest, minimum-effective product for each pest situation. All products are EPA-registered. We can provide product information sheets upon request, and our Botanical Essentials plan is 100% plant-based for those who prefer it.
Frequency depends on your plan. The Basic Plan is quarterly (4x/year). The Elite and Elite Plus plans are bi-monthly (6x/year) for more frequent protection. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time — we'll recommend the best fit based on your home and pest history.
For exterior-only services, you don't need to be home. For interior treatments, we'd prefer someone is present. We'll work with your schedule and can treat exterior areas if you're not available, then follow up for interior access at a convenient time.
